Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Indie Nails. If for any reason you have received any damaged products, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You need to send us a video of opening the parcel and show us proof that goods received by you are damaged. In case of a parcel that is ripped or feels broken, kindly do not accept such parcel at the time of delivery.
